It is official......a cake bar has been arrested for attempted Murder....ON ME!

Here is the story so far..
I am at work. Feeling peckish.
I go to the vending machine.. I choose a healthy cereal bar with apricot topping...
I go back to my desk, take a bite, then think to myself 'oh I wonder what the grams of fat are in this healthy bar?'
It was at that point I notice something was wrong 8|
The best before date was the 22/07/06.
THE DATE TODAY IS 09/08/06. Nearly a whole three weeks past the best before........
I am taking senior management here to court....they are the ones that employ people to rotate the goods in these machines.....they must have had some sort of conspiracy or something.....We all know here that they are trying to reduce head count..but attempted murder???? going a bit far dont you think??
Anyway here is the evidence....look closely...it does indeed say 22/07/06.

Booked my five years with a shrink to now get over the night terrors I am suffering because of this....after all, 'where there's blame, there's a claim'!!!!
